Chaaracteristics of Structure
1)This type of machine adopts round mozzle,greatly enlarges the wrap angle between textile and lifting roller,improves the lifting force,reduces the cloth pressure of nozzle,dramatically enhances the surface quality of textile .At the same time ,basically eliminate cloth-jam problem.
2)The novel cloth-liquid-separating cover can not only lead the textile into the cloth-placing funnel smoothly,but also separate the remaining dye liquor before the cloth falls into the cloth groove,and the inner reflux system can make the dye liquor flow back to the bottom of the tank quickly,which can enhance the cycling rate of the dye liquor and achieve more even dyeing effect.
3)The new pipe-shape mat in the tank bottom completely improves the operating environment for textiles in the cloth through .It facilitates the textiles to operate more smoothly,and at the same time,make it easier to separate the coloring matter from the textiles .It make the coloring matter flow back to achieve a lower bath ratio.
4)The unique feculence collecting groove directly collects the floating feculences and impurities in the coloring matter abd leads them to the overflow pipe for drainage.Thus the feculences and impurities will not be absorbed by the textiles again ,and the washing efficiency can be increased .
