USES

The machine is applicable to process 100% cotton, man-made fibers and blendings, to open,card clean, and mix cotton(man-made fiber)laps of certain evenness from the opening and scutching line, or cotton (man-made fiber) layers fed by chute feeder, meanwhile, short fibers and impurities are femoved. Then they can be condensed into slivers of certain specification and coiled regularly in sliver cans for the following process process.

MAIN FEATURES

1.There is a metal detecting device in the layer feeding part to protect the machine.

2. Licker-in overlow speed protection, so as to prevent fiber jams.

3. Below the licker-in, there fixed with mote knife and pre-carding segment, which can help remove impuritew and short fibers, and reduce the carding loads.

4. Equipped with a broken sliver stop motion for sliver delivery part.

5. The direction of the revolving flats and the Cylinder is opposite; stationary flats and web purifiers are fixed in the front and back of the Cylinder to enhance the carding and cleaning efficiency.

6.The Cylinder is of integrated steel plate structure, to improve the stability, the rigidity and the precision, which are applicable to high speed running.

7.Adopt aluminium sections for the revolving flatsm stationary flats and web purifiers, which are light and handy, with their surface bright and clean, with less power loss and good impurities extraction effect.

8. New type three-roller stripping mechanism, advantageous to the stripping and transferring of webs.

9. Integrated structure of reversing type large calender roller by pneumatic control and the web condenser, advantageous to high-speed delivery.

The system is mainly used to control the feed roller speed by testing the output slivers and the thickness of fed layers, form a closed loop front-rear control system to realize the long, short-term autolevelling and stabilize and improve the evenness of slivers.

Electrical control

Adopt combined control system such as man-machine interlace, the PLC and the autoleveller for the electrical control system. By adjusting the speed of Doffer and the feed roller, to make them run pro rata. The touch screen is fixed on the left cover in the front of the machine,convenient for operation; it also can display all functions and faults and can be used to set the relevant technology parameters.
