Hand Tufted Wool Pile Carpets

We would like to give below a brief overview of our Hand Tufted capabilities:

Hand Tufted Woollen Carpets: - These exquisite woollen pile rugs are hand tufted with fine Indian or New Zealand wool. Various qualities can be tailor made according to the needs and applications and density of weaving can be easily controlled. Any design can be made as per the customer's requirements ranging from a variety of traditional floral / abbusson patterns to anything in innovative , contemporary or modern creations. All the production work - from the designing stage to the final finishing and packaging - is totally in-house and carried out in our factory situated at Agra. We currently have a production capacity of 2000 sqr. mtrs. per month which can easily be increased at short notice.

Designs: We manufacture both - modern contemporary as well as traditional or Persian designs in custom and area sizes. We would be glad to undertake exclusive custom production for your company with your designs, specifications, color shades and other requirements.

Qualities: Please note that we mostly manufacture the quality of 2.5 kg. per sqr. mtr. for our clients. This is actually a standard quality and most of the productions is carried out in this quality. However, depending upon your requirements we can also manufacture 2.0 kg. / 3.0 kg. / 3.5 kg. / 4.0 kg. and even higher.

Yarns: We use both - good quality Indian Bikaner wool (which is relatively less expensive) as well as Pure New Zealand wool (which is costlier) depending upon the clients requirements.

Size: Size is no problem as we have big looms on which any size can be made as per requiements made without any joint.

Pile construction: We weave tufted carpets in both "cut pile" as well as "loop pile". Besides this we also produce combinations of cut and loop as well as high pile / low pile.

Labor: We employ both ladies and gents in the weaving process and we can guarantee you that none of our manufacturing or marketing process involves the use of CHILD LABOR.

Backing: Rugs are latex backed and final or third backing is done with pure white cotton cloth or colored / printed cloth as per requirements.
