Using Methods:
1.Could be used as traction & caring pillow with different placements. Side against bed head is back side, and front side is the other side that close to shoulder. Traction mode, front high-back low; caring mode, front low-back high.
2.The proper traction time is 1-2 hours. This could be extended according to personal demand after getting used to the condition.
3.The hidden slot is specially designed for head when lying on back, and people with resupine sleep pose is like to get used to it faster.

Washing Methods:
1.ONLY the pillowslip is washable.
2.Wash gently with water under 50°C (122°F).
3.Dry cleaning is NOT applicable.
4.Bleacher & other chemical scours are NOT applicable.

Hint
Being used for a period of time, part of the mattress becomes slightly hollow to better fit human body curve, which is natural. Please contact KSODR Customer Service if concavity is beyond 1.5cm.

Storage Methods:
1.Keep in water-proof places.
2.Periodic airing is necessary if it is left unused.
3.NO insulation in the wet or smelly places.
