Prolivon fiber

Product Introduction:

With the international advanced warm-keeping products as our goal, we developed the Prolivon, a kind of PET fiber with low linear density and high hollowness rate. It’s the first “hanging-tag” managed fiber in China.

Product Specification:

Semi-dull PET Prolivon: 1.67dtex * 38 mm, 1.56 dtex * 38 mm

CDP PET Prolivon: 2.22dtex * 38 mm, 2.78 dtex * 38 mm (length is adjustable)

Product Characteristics:

As a hollow fiber, its linear density reaches 1.56dtex and hollowness rate ranges between 17 and 23 percent with 20 as its center, which have made our product taking the lead in the domestic market and standing side by side with those advanced international products of the same kind. Appropriate hollowness rate not only provide the fiber with excellent warm-keeping capability but also make it lighter and softer. Textile made from the fiber has a deeper dyeing color and brighter after-dyeing appearance in comparison with cotton-style fiber of the same specification. Silicon contained Prolivon features smooth and fleecy handle.

Product Usage:

Cotton fabrics: used in the warm-keeping underwear; have the characteristics of comfortable wearing and being enough light.

Household fabrics: stuffed in the upgraded product of the warm-keeping quilt; also being able to replace the down products; having the absolutely fleecy and light feeling.

Woolen fabrics: being able to supercede PA and wool; can be made into carpet and sweater; having the features of being warm-keeping, anti-wearing, moth-proof, uneasy to be distorted.
