H-carbon fiber sheet is a unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced products, which produced by carbon fiber silk. It has two kinds of thickness of 0.111mm (200g) and 0.167mm (300g), and many kinds of widthness: 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 500mm and other special needed widthness requirements, that used for the tensile and seismic reinforcement of structural components. And it called carbon fiber composite material when used with XK-carbon fiber impregnating adhesivel, which are suitable for reinforcement of concrete, wood structural, that can achieve requirements of "Reinforced Concrete Structure Design Code GB50367-2006", This produts can effectively improve the bearing capacity of components, anti-seismic performance and durability. Forth Construction Process

1.Bedding treatment: Polished substrate surface comprehensively, make sure without any attachments, if the paste parts is sharp edges, that should be polished into a corner of a minimum radius of 20 mm. As to use theXK-carbon fiber sheet aim is to improve the structural members, so the status of the base surface should be guarantee the ability to transfer loads from the fabric to the structure of the surface.

2. Roll the bottom of epoxy adhesive, and repair the uneven place (recommended our company matching repairing adhesive), use the ink lines.

3. Roll impregnated epoxy resin adhesive (recommended our company matching epoxy resin impregnated adhesive) to the bonding surface, the adhesive must be full enough.

4. Paste the carbon fiber sheet which have cut to the adhesive coating surface of the concrete, carbon fiber cloth should be straight, extended. (If overlaping, lap length shall be 20cm, and the joints should be 1 / 3 full-length substrate, not in the middle of the substrate)

5. Roll the epoxy resin impregnated adhesive to the surface of the carbon fiiber cloth (Recommended to use our company matching epoxy resin impregnated plastic), to ensure full coverage of the surface of cloth and fully infiltrate the fiber.

6. Use hard rubber or plastic scraper to stick the carbon fiber sheet repeatedly to prompt it straight, extended, no bubbles, adhesive full penetration.

7. Re-coating the adhesive, and de-bubble.

8. Finally,sprinkle3-6mm sand on the adhesive-coated surface out of the construction to ensure the paint adhesion layer.

Fifth Attention

1. This kind of product is easy to produce hairiness and the debris during using the process, if attached to the skin will produce irritation itching, if inhaled would cause the throat and trachea, lung damage. In addition, because this product have conductive property, it will cause electric shock if it contact with the power supply. And may cause electrical short circuit or other problems if the hairiness and the debris floating in the air and attached to the socket.

2. Please set the local exhaust devices on workplaces. Operations should be with protection of a mirror, protection gloves, dust masks and other protection tools. If attached to the skin, use soap when you rinse with water. Do not make the hairiness and the debris attach to the socket and other electrical products, and also could not make this produts contact the power.

3. The waste and dust-mediated of this product can not burn. If handled as combustible material would cause burner fault, while the Fly-ash produced by burning process will disperse in the atmosphere, which may have the risk of electrical fault. So be sure to deal with burying as industrial waste.

Sixth Storage

H-carbon fiber sheetl should be kept in a cool, dry environment, and avoid sunlight.
