1+2 laminated polyester press felt:

single layer, double layer, laminated 1+1. 1+2 structure which can use from PM speed range 50-800 MPM, with press load from 50-300 KN/M.

Three series of BOM papermaking felts :

1. single layer base mesh : single layer construction

2. double layer base mesh : 1+1 laminated

3. multi layer base mesh : divided into 1+2 or 2+2 laminated

All mesh bases are woven by monofilament or twisted monofilament yarns.

The fiber layers are woven by different sizes of polyamide fibers.

Fiber layers and base mesh layer are attached by needle stitching to form the felt .
