Air is the most warm material in the world. Melt-blown Microfiber is very thin and meltblown cloth has big specific surface area, small gap but big porosity. They could absorb large amount of air, and almost not absorb water.
Why it is comfortable?
Because it is anti-mildew, permeable,soft and no harm to human body.
Compared with spay bonded wadding:
1 Binder used in spay bonded wadding contain chemical contents which is harmful to human body.
2 Instead, our products (the tech is hot melting) use the low melting point fiber (ES fiber) which we can ensure you that it is no harm to our health.
