1. We should change our towel in about 30 days, no more than 40 days. Towel will become very hard and uncomfortable after using for a long time. So we should change our towel frequently.

2. From the standpoint of health, one person should use several towels. Man should use three towels—face towel, hand towel and bath towel; woman should four towels-- face towel, hand towel, bath towel and one towel to wash the secret place. Don’t use one towel to clean your face, body, feet and your secret place, if you do so, it is easy to infect bacteria, and you will be ill.

3. Wash and dry towel in the right way, disinfect regularly. We should clean the towel after using it, and boil the towel 10 minutes once a week. Hang the towel in the ventilate place, we had better stove or dry it in time.

4. Towel will become very hard after using for a long time. The reason is magnesium and calcium ion combine with soap in the water and become calcium magnesium soap adhere to the towel. In order to make it soft, we can put 30g soda ash or some softener into 1.5kg water and boil in 10 minutes. If the towel becomes greasy, we can wash it with saline.
