1.Functions

2. Production procedure

1)mulberry leaf collecting and silkworm-rearing

2) selecting the cocoons that meet the requirements

3)peeling off covering membrane from the cocoons, and sizing of peeled cocoon

4)centrifugal dewatering

5)drying and high temperature sterilization

6) handwork and silk pulling

7)quilt cover filling, hand stitching, inspection and then storage.

This is the silkworm & mulberry base with an area of 2,000mu (nearly 1,334,000sqm). It supplies us with adequate raw materials.

Our cocoons are harvested along Xinjiang River, a natural and clean river protected from pollution. Our products are made with traditional method with no harmful chemical additives.
