Description:
1.The whole line is controlled Siemens PLC control system that can be hold by 8 persons for the 8 stuffing slots.
2.First of all put a whole bale fiber material into the automatic bale opener that will be transported to the next program automatically.
3.After the fiber is opened by the fiber opening machine, it will be separated to the each stuffing machine storage automatically adjusted by the photo switches through the 5-way fiber transporter.
4.As soon as the material inside of the stuffer storage is running out that will give sense to the photo switch, so that the fiber transporter will provide the material to this storage
5.Each stuffing slot is controlled by one person and adjusted by the foot switch.
6.The stuffing pipe is changeable that according to the toy size.
7.All electricity key parts are from the most famous world brand such like Siemens, Omron that is stable quality and long time.
8.The main machine structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine.
9.All rollers are made high quality balance process, so that the machine is running without any shaking.
