For my customer in Abidjan Ivory Coast .

For a reason or another my customer in Abidjan do not opened the machine on time but until he moved to a new factory .

When we come to installation of the machine in ABIDJAN have noticed nothing come with the machine no installation book or electric map for the wires or any details.

After checking with foxsew for almost three months of negotiations and during all this long time they supplied us with several short and not clear videos and Chinese written details which all not clear to us.

Finally after many arguments they gave us the exact model number of the machine which is
DH-6G Single head computerized quilting machine and your factory is the manufacturer of this machine .

Our request is :
To support us :

1-INSTALLATION CLEAR VIEW OF THE MACHINE FRAMES AND BODY
2-
Electric map and clear info of wires connections for X Y and Z WIRES ,Thread breakage wires on the head of the machine
3-OPERATION MANUEL
4-PARAMETER SETTINGS
What else we may need to let machine well and well use of it.
