Hollow Polypropylene Multifilament Micro Yarn: Prolen®Freee

Is the lightest yarn of all yarns and fibres with a hollow inside the filaments which ensures that air is present not only among the filaments, but also inside them which improves the insulating power. Less material is needed to produce the same garment out of Prolen® Freee as from a standard yarn due to a higher covering power. This brings economic and ecological advantagesd to the producers and comfort to the final users because the garments are lighter. This enables them to give better performance during their activities.

Prolen®Freee has the quickest moisture transport of all fibres, it creates optimal micriclimate, it is colour fast, annalergic and antibacterial and completely recyclable.

We can produce more than 200 standard colour shades. Antibacterial modification in the form of silver ions can be added to the mass of the yarn.
