We are producer of specialized clothes, e.g. for firefighters. We would like to include to our offer new garment from PBO fabric, therefore we are looking for a supplier. Could you prepare an offer for us? Below requirements of fabric, which we are looking for:
1. Main fabric- (59% para-aramid/ 39% PBO or PBI/ 2% antistatic fiber), 200±20 g/m2, yellow color;
2. Thermal insulation input with waterproof breathable membrane- thermal insulation: 3 D spunlace non-woven meta/para-aramid, membrane: ePTFE/PU BI-component, 140 g/m2±5%, white color;
3. Lining fabric - 100% meta-aramid, 130 g/m2±5%, yellow color.

Original Product PageIn fact PBO's strength and modulus are almost double that of Kevlar® (p-Aramid fibre). PBO is well known for 8 years as a fibre rigging core material and has proven its longevity.
PBO(his trademark is Zylon) is a synthetic fiber developed by Toyobo Co.,Ltd.(“Toyobo”), a company headquartered in Osaka, Japan. Zylon—the strongest man-made fiber in the world—has high tensile strength, thermal stability and flame resistance as compared to organic fibers. Zylon is a component part of at least fifty diverse end-products including: sporting goods, such as tennis tickets and golf clubs; high tension rope; protective gear, such as firefighter garments, racing suits, racing helmets, cut-resistant gloves and bullet-resistant vests; and cable and aerospace mechanisms.
