Requests from the customer

Currently we are buying the antibacterial and deodorizing nonwovens from other nonwoven manufacturer, but after a few years, it will be tarnished and we are hoping to do something about it...

Content of requests and proposal of our company

As a result of our interview, we found out that silver was used as antibacterial agents, and discoloration is caused by that silver.

The customer had already consulted with the other nonwoven manufacturer before contacting us. They said nonwoven of other manufacturer was one of their standard products, and it was convenient for them because they were able to purchase it one sheet at a time.

Therefore, they had asked to develop what they needed, but in reply they were told "since we sell the same products to the other companies, and impossible to change the specification for only one company desired, if you requested to develop specific products for your company only, considerable amount of order is necessary."

Since that was their situation, we obtained antibacterial agents different from silver, and used it for trial product.

As for amount of order, we have facility for small/middle size, and thus possible for the customer to order rather smaller number than other company required.

Eventually, we were able to manufacture the products our customer requested and they were quite satisfied.
