Its main materais contain 70% wool, 20% three-dimensional crimp hollow fiber and 10% bonding fiber, which is low melting point two-component polyester .

It takes advantage of both wool batting and polyester batting(the latter has merits of deformation resistance, uniform thickness worm resistance, anti-mildew and so on).

Production After opening, blending, carding,rigorous cleaning, high temperature setting, ultraviolet disinfection, own wadding is finally made with high quality and high-uniformity .
Vacuum package Due to the quite higher compressed spring rate, in order to save our clients a lot of space in their loading time, all our products are vacuum package. The goods will restore to be normal after opening the bag within 24 hours while its quality keeps the same as before.
