Quality Requirements

Brief Introduction

A.We have our own R&D department , marketing and sales team. Adhering to the concept of eco-friendly, characteristic and comfort, launch new designs of fabric every season. At the same time, we send the new designs to our customers for their collections.

B.The procedure of purchasing:

I. We would like to collect & send our fabric samples for your evaluation. At the beginning, you have to cover the freight cost.
If you have samples in hand, you may send us your samples for developing H/L. The original H/L is just for color confirmation.

II. If you were satisfied with our samples, please tell us the quantity you are going to order, the requirements of hand feeling, color fastness and finishing,...ect. We will offer you the details including quotation, lead time, payment term...etc.

III. (If necessary) We used to charge sample fee for making the sample yardages. We will refund the sample fee to you, when the order was made successfully and the quantity reached 2000 meters/color.

IV. We will draft a contract with stamped and signed. Rest assured that we will start bulk production after the deposit was confirmed.

V. For us quality is paramount. At each stage of the production process, we have QC managers who are responsible for individually checking each item and for overseeing the whole production process.

VI. When the bulk goods were ready, we used to send 2m shipping samples for confirmation. As soon as it was confirmed, we will approach the forwarder and ship the bulk goods.

VII. As the final step, we will send you all the files including the copy of B/L. Then we will send you the original B/L once the balance payment was confirmed.
