1.In-to-out quenching device:

Low pressure in-to-out open quenching system, open window type, quenchingfrom inner to outer radial blowing, Max quenching air pressure 2500 Pa. Thelow-damping rectifier is easy to clean. Adopts the annular spin finishing slitin quenching window

2.Out-to-in quenching device:

It adopts the form of completely sealed Annular Quenching system (Out-to-in)with automatic adjustment on valve. Tow spin finishing adopts slit preparationring and preparation is at the inner side of the ring. Rectifier is easy tomount and clean.

3.Feeding machine:

Fedding machine adopts the combined form of sunflower and guiding roller.Thesurface of rollers is coated with Al2O3.The guiding rollers are driven byasynchronous motor controlled by coder through high precise gear.The materialof guiding rollers adopts aluminum alloy to reduce the unbalance centrifugalpower when running.

4.Annealer:

4 groups of totally 18-22 rollers,Circulating oil bath for gaers andbearings at top of inside wall.Jacket type roller connected with plange.Shaftand geras are connected by tight fits.Lubrication inspection system withauto-stop control.

5.Crimper:

High-density crimping technology,with integral crimp roller,revolving copperside panel and individual inverter.

6.Cutter:

High denier cutting technology,with integral frame,press cuttingstructure,big diameter blade disc,online switching blade disc,automatic openand close of sealing cover and the function of preventing inverse dragging.
