The group known as “RAMAYAN GROUP” is well known for industrial growth and fast growing business success in the textile industry of Surat, the Silk City of the Country. The group is in textile industry for the last two and half decades and is well versed with the intricacies of the textile industry.

The foundation of the group was made by Shri Gajanand K. Malpani in the year 1976 when he shifted from Sikar to Surat. In a short span he shifted to the business of trading in Art Silk Cloth at Prime Textile Market of Surat. Shri Gajanand K. Malpani established first manufacturing unit of the group in the year 1982. Thereafter the group is known and has become famous as “RAMAYAN GROUP”. Now the goodwill of group has increased which shows the popularity of the group.

The group is also engaged in fancy yarn, entertainment, agriculture, banking, finance, investment & education etc. Under the foresight vision of Shri Gajanand K. Malpani, the group has entered in the amusement and entertainment sector by establishing first multiplex cinema hall of surat, equipped with a family restaurant and modern indoor game facilities at Dumas Road in surat city of Surat in name of Valentine Cine Vision.

Apart from business, to fulfill its responsibilities towards society and the nation, the group established a trust in name of Ramayan Charitable Trust, Surat and Vani Vashitha Education and Research Institute, Sikar, Rasthan under the trusteeship of Shri Gajanand K. Malpani. The group provides education and medical aid and scholarship to needed person. Further the group has established a modern school with hostel and eco friendly environment in name of “Chitrakoot Public School” in shekawati area of Rajasthan State having capacity of 500 children.

Ramayan Group has also started manufacturing Home Furnishing Items in the year 2011, and supplies its products all over India and Abroad. It has its own single needle Quilting machine and Fiber processing plant located at Surat. It is able to provide cost effective products to all our clients through its smooth and efficient technology.
