The defects of 100% natural wool batting:

hairiness, unevenness of the fleece, harshness, coloured fibres, tenderness, cotted, webby and stringy wool.

How to avoid these defects to extent ?

Polyester padding has merits of deformation resistance, uniform thickness worm resistance, anti-mildew and so on. So a amount of polyester fiber could help reduce the moisture absoring and meanwhile not lower the heat preservtion effectivity greatly; it will improve the unevenness of the fleece and harshness and so on.

Compared with 100%cotton wadding:

1 Ability of heat preservation, softness and comfort level are not good as silK-like wadding or wool wadding, or polyester wadding.

2 Cotton is easy to absorb moisture and mildew and harden

3 Heavy weight, not good to persons who have cardiovascular disease and infant.

Compared with spay bonded wadding:

Binder used in spay bonded wadding contain chemical contents which is harmful to human body. Instead, the our products (the tech is hot melting) use the low melting point fiber (ES fiber) which we can ensure you that it is no harm to our health.
