Applications and properties:

1) medical & health material

PP meltblown nonwoven is one of the best war material of medical face mask. It can meet the standard from BFE95% to BFE 99%. It can also be good material of medical grow, isolation/ surgical clothes, protection covers/sheets. Because it’s good breathable, with flexibility, excellent filter efficiency, effective bacteria barrier penetration, non-permeability of blood, anti-alcohol, preventing cross-infection, acid-base stabilized.

2) filter material

the fiber diameter of melt-blown nonwoven can be 1~2 μm, and the arrangement is a random distribution. With a certain degree of messy nature of this structure to make it greater surface area, tiny aperture, you can create a very high quality filter materials, widely used in the air filtration, water filtration, oil filtration, oil & water separation, and many other filtering fields.

3) oil absorbing materials

melt-blown nonwoven fiber diameter in particular because of its small size, the pore size is tiny. As high rate of meltblown fabric with holes and characteristics of large specific surface area, melt-blown nonwoven with excellent oil- absorbent property. The test result told us, it can absorb more than 17-20 times of their own weight of oil. According to this feature, it can be made as suction linoleum, can be use as oil-absorbing filter applications to separate oil and water, as well as cleaning material of protecting water resource in oceans, rivers, lakes etc..
