PAYMENT TERMS :

The terms of payment is 35 % T/T and and L / C is acceptable for 65 % payment in our paper just before delivery moment, respectively before shipment advance payment via SWIFT or ( T/T ) by telegraphic transfer confirmed in our account before shipment.

Payments are made on the basis of the invoice with the deadline for payment of one day.

The Sellers shal retain the title to the goods until the payment of the total Invoice price for the goods has been effected in full.

Payment is made at seller's expense Raiffeisen Bank, Prag, Czech Republic. The seller has the right to determine and another account to pay the said amount.

Payments are made on the date of invoice.

Terms of delivery :

The buyer is obliged to pre-shipment submit all necessary documentation and permits for the import dealer.

Since the amount of the offer provides, in cooperation with subcontractors, the company's vehicles, delivery will take only that all the conditions for delivery are met.

Products mentioned in this document will be delivered only after receiving payment.
