There are two ways to manufacture soft SMS nonwoven fabric. One is adding the softening agent in PP masterbatch while the other is using softening finishing.
Soft SMS nonwoven fabric is so soft as silk. Apart from the softness, this kind of fabric has some other features such as high breaking strength and elongation, good hydrostatic head.
Because soft SMS nonwoven fabric is very comfortable and has no harm to skin, it is widely used in the medical and hygiene products, such as diaper and napkin.
We can also make a supersoft SMS nonwoven fabric, which is much softer.
