Spandex Yarn - T111, T115, T315, T535, T635

As the first spandex producer in China, we started our spandex production since 1989. After more than 20 years development, NEWSTAR® spandex is famous for its excellent performance, stable quality and full specifications.

Our products range is from 10D to 2000D, and regular deniers in continuous production is 15D, 20D, 30D, 40D, 70D, 140D, 210D, 280D, 420D, 560D, 840D, 1120D. We also can produce any Denier within our range according to customer’s special request. Due to rich production experience and strong technical force, we can produce and supply clear type, dull type, semi-dull type, bright type, black type spandex yarn.

Regarding difference technology, we have different types such as T111, T115, T315, T535 and T635. Each type has its own Characteristics and special application field.

NEWSTAR® T-111 SERIES

• Dull type
• High elastic recovery rate
• Acid and alkalis resistance, could be dry-washed together with finished products
• Application: covering; core-spun; knitted rib at collar, hem and cuff; narrow fabrics

NEWSTAR® T-115 SERIES

• Semi-dull type, mainly heavy denier yarn
• High elastic recovery rate
• Stand wear and tear, good fatigue resistance
• Acid and alkalis resistance, could be dry-washed together with finished products
• Application: Covering, core-spun, twisting yarn, narrow fabric, warp knitting

NEWSTAR® T-315 SERIES

• Semi-dull type
• High elasticity, low stress, soft & smooth hand-feel in end fabric
• Good evenness
• Acid and alkalis resistance, could be dry-washed together with finished products
• Application: knitting, covering

NEWSTAR® T-535 SERIES

• Clear type
• Good elastic stability
• Chlorine-resistant, stand wear and tear
• Good evenness and unwinding
• Application: covering, circular knitting, core-spun, high speed air covering, Diaper

NEWSTAR® T-635 SERIES

• Clear type, bright type and black type
• Acid and alkalis resistance
• Heat resistance
• Application: covering, knitting
