Compared with spay bonded wadding:

1 Binder used in spay bonded wadding contain chemical contents which is harmful to human body.

2 Instead, our products (the tech is hot melting) use the low melting point fiber (ES fiber) which we

can ensure you that it is no harm to our health.

Raw material Our raw material are 100% polyester staple fibers, so the wadding wash brilliantly well, health care, retain their shape and tend to be cheaper, which makes them great value.
Technical development All our products are researched and developed by our company and Henan Textile University or Institution of PRA General Logistics Department, we have our own R&D team.
Production After opening, blending, carding,rigorous cleaning, high temperature setting, ultraviolet disinfection, own wadding is finally made with high quality and high-uniformity .
Vacuum package Due to the quite higher compressed spring rate, in order to save our clients a lot of space in their loading time, all our products are vacuum package. The goods will restore to be normal after opening the bag within 24 hours while its quality keeps the same as before.
Quality control With the strength of nearly 10 years cooperation with Army, we have accumulated a wealth of experience and also matured our own quality control system. The whole production is close management to ensure the high quality standards. Beside our own Quality supervision department, Institution of PRA General Logistics Department and SGS also come from time to time to test our products.
Produce capacity With the area of 30,000-50,000 square meters factory size, 10 product lines and more than 500 employees, our outputting usually is 450 tons per month, other items even can up to 600 tons.
