Characteristics of the machine

To loosen all kinds of fiber in bundles, then transfer them to next procedure via blower fan. The pre-opening is by notch-style roll to reduce fiber damage. The main opening is by card wire plate with high efficiency and good quality. It is equipped with strong magnet to absorb metal impurities.

Process flow of the production line

The production line include all stages: material - pre-opener - main opener –cotton accumulator - feeding - carding - cross layer – feeding machine (this is a “MUST”, can not be missed) pre-needle machine - upward stroke needle machine - downward stroke needle machine - upward stroke needle machine - calender cotton stock frame (highly recommended) cutting and coiling
