Usage:

1.A multi-purposed machine for surface treatment of various kinds of leather, PU, PVC and other materials.

2.It can be used to emboss all kinds pattern, changing color, sticking films to protect the artifical leather, stamping gold films or silver films on the artifical leather to make them beautiful, upmarket and fashionable. Print the color on the artifical leather.

Characteristics:

1. Adopted computer VVVF control, material device use imported gas-liquids automatic self edge adjusting system.

2. Magnetic brake release film and torque motor reeling to maintain tension balance simultaneously.

3. Mirror roller and embossing roller heated by appropriative high temperature cyclic transfer oil heating machine, which researched and developed by our company ( the temperature can reach to 200°C), make sure the roll surface temperature accurately, evenly.

4. Imported infrared laser probe and SCR to control temperature precisely, embossing rollers use tank constant pressure system to ensure the design pattern uniform on the leather surface.

5. Using torque motor dual-axis center turnover reeling, shorten the downtime, reeling achieve continuity, security, practical and efficient.
