TERMS OF TRANSACTION

-Payment Terms: 100% advanced payment , T/T before shipment only. All payments shall be made in Japanese yen.

-Shipment: Delivery with airfreight.

-Insurance: Buyer shall, at its expense, obtain and maintain adequate comprehensive general liability insurance.

-Packing: Unless otherwise instructed in writing by Buyer, packing, marking and/or other arrangements in time for preparation of respective shipments of Goods shall be made at Seller's option.

-Inspection: The inspection of quality, quantity and packing of Goods shall be carried out in accordance with the inspection standards and procedures established by Seller which shall be considered as final.

-Price does not include delivery charge, custom duty, import duty, bank transfer fee, currency conversion fee for money transfer and insurance. Buyer shall bear these costs.

-Formal contract shall become effective upon a written agreement.
