YFJX-V Computerized Flat Knitting Machinery

YFJX-V computerized flat knitting machinery is mainly applied in weaving woolen sweaters, DK jacquard and other accessories. it owns single machine header and single triangle system ,which has a group of none weave ,hang item, knitting and turn needles triangle system.

Main technology parameters:

1. Needle distance: 5G, 6G, 7G, 8G, 9G, 12G, 4G, 15G, and 16G

2. Weaving system: single machine header and single system.

4. Weaving speed: adopt AC service motor to control, with 24 section of selection. With a maximum speed of 1.2m/s

5. Needle moving for needle bed: adopt AC service motor and ball screw control, with a needle random moving scope within 2 inches

6.Weaving function: triangle and combined type design, single or double needle turning can be carried out for single or double systems and weaving(include knitting elementdoubling stitchmissed loop)

7. Stitch fineness: with marching motor to control, with 24sections for selection, adopt subdivision technology adjusting scope: 0~650, to more accurately control length of clothes piece

8. Sinker system: with marching motor to control, can adjust according to different fabrics, suit lots of decreasing and widening fabrics

9. Sari system: computer program instruction, with force distance motor to control and 24sections for selection, adjusting scope: 0~99

10.Cotor-changing system: feed mouth of 2×6 group is equipped in left and right sides of three guide rail, and feed mouth can be switched at any position of cradle(special feed mouth equipment without image line and with enchase should be prepared)

11.Protecting system: the machine will automatically alarm if breaking yarn, noodle, floating yarn, rolling, piece counting over, cardle moving not being corrected, needle foot firing and program failure appear during operating process

12.Control system: screen indication adopt LCD industrial screen and figure interface, with a EMS memory capacity of controlling system 128M, a great amount of bloom type files can be stored at the same time and they can be fetched out for use at any time as per production requirement. Monitoring menu, each kind of operating parameter can be shown, and they can be adjusted at any time when the machine is running, marking conveniences for operations as much as possible

13. Other: head saddle is dealt with by heat.
