Product Description:

Product name: shaggy rug

Features: Mixed thin polysester silk/filament yarn, Malai dori & acrylic cut-loop. (Gives the carpet a three dimensional appearance)

Pile height: 3-6 cm

Pile weight: yarn weight averages from 2000g\sqm to 4000g\sqm available. The weight differs every 100g.

Size: 60x90cm, 140x200cm, 160x230cm, 200x300cm, 280x380cm, etc.

Color: Plain color and design colors are available

Any design and size can be custom-made according to your specifications.

Backing: Latex backing

Normal Packing: carpets rolled in separate plastic bags

Packing details :

1.Single rolled in a plastic bag

2. Paper tube is available for special request with extra cost around 0.15USD/SQM

3. Carton package for small rugs as request with extra cost around 0.2 USD/SQM

4. EPE bag for carpet protection as request with extra cost

5. Special labels, size labels, care labels are always available with extra cost

We will ensure all the details of production process and the package with photos.

MOQ:

if the design(s) you chose including ≤5 colors, the MOQ is 300 in total; 2. if the design(s) you chose including 6--8 colors, the MOQ is 300 in total; 3. if the design(s) you chose including ≥10 colors, the MOQ is 500 in total. Welcome to place trial order.

Loading capacity:one 20' container can hold about 2200sqm; one 40' GP container can hold about 4500sqm. One 40HQ container can hold about 5500sqm.

Payment term :30%T/T in advance, 70% L/C at sight

30%T/T in advance, 70% balance upon B/L(or telex release)

Sample policy: 1. Free carpet sample available (customer only pays delivery fee) 2. A carpet sample fee is charged for carpets larger in size than 1 square meter (This sample fee excludes the delivery charge)
